Fine Art Acrylic Paintings and Glic'ee Prints

      I paint images in bright colors from my imagination.  Some represent the figure, plants, animals, land, or seascapes; many contain boats.  Some are allegorical: the placement and color tell a story.  Some are surreal:  showing dynamics in nature that defy the laws of physics.  They all set a tone.  Water, Sky, Land and Fields are common themes.  The forms are simple yet metaphorical. 

         Nature inspires me.  So does Color. I like to let the paint be paint and often use it generously to provide texture or movement.  I also like to blend colors directly on the canvas to create atmospheric effects. I hope viewing these images will bring you real joy and inspiration.
